As a QA Specialist, you will contribute your expertise to test end-to-end functionality of an existing business management system and play a pivotal role in the QA of technology transformation project. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact on a project that aims to revolutionize our client's operations.
We are in the midst of a transformation project, focusing on analyzing and maintaining our existing system. We’re looking for a part-time QA Specialist with great attention to detail, a passion for analytical work, and the motivation to learn and grow alongside the product.

We are offering a 0.5 FTE position with the possibility of extending the hours in the future, depending on project needs and growth.
As QA Specialist - you will:
- Work with globally distributed and highly scaled startup being built from ground up
- Take ownership of quality assurance by proactively identifying and addressing issues
- Design, write, and execute test cases to ensure software quality
- Perform manual testing while continuously improving test coverage
- Develop and enhance test automation, particularly using Playwright
- Collaborate closely with QA, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development cycle
- Create manual testing strategies for this product and implement them
- Document test plans, processes, and results in a clear and structured manner
- Communicate effectively about testing progress, risks, and issues, ensuring transparency
- Continuously learn and improve, staying up to date with the latest QA trends and technologies
- Optionally, contribute to UX testing, end-to-end QA strategies, integration, performance, and security testing
We expect you to:
- Advocate for and mandate quality, rather than waiting for instructions
- Have solid manual testing experience and a structured approach to testing
- Be skilled in writing Test Cases with strong attention to detail.
- Be willing to learn Automation testing, especially using Playwright
- Be familiar with tools and techniques for efficient testing, such as Postman, Xray, SQL, Playwright, and others
- Be structured, clear, and detail-oriented, with a strong motivation to document processes
- Be transparent and a strong communicator, ensuring smooth collaboration
- Have good English skills, as required for all roles
- Take initiative in learning and growing within the QA domain
