About the role:

Our partner is a successful shipping company specialising in shipping of over-sized cargo and vehicles worldwide from US. The business turns around well over a hundred thousand vehicles per year and has outgrown its own business management system. We are gathering a team that will drive the change and help our partners to enhance their business processes and expand their capabilities.

This a great opportunity for a Product Owner who enjoys diving deep into business processes, loves solving problems using technology and is motivated to take onto a hands-on product owner role to drive a technology transformation roadmap. The ideal candidate will have a unique combination of skills - strong understanding of business analysis as well as product ownership in agile delivery environment.

As Product Owner / Business Analyst you will:

Be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying gaps, documenting requirements and working with business and technology SMEs to ensure a smooth and effective change management
Develop and maintain a technology transformation roadmap that aligns with business objectives and drive it to completion
Work closely with business stakeholders, including operations and management, to ensure that the right features are delivered and without disruption to the business
Manage development backlog based on the roadmap and business realities

We expect you to:

Have proven experience working on complex technology projects as Product Owner and / or Business Analyst
Experience working with ERP and / or CRM systems would be an advantage
Enjoy being hands-on team player and willing to own the deliverables end-to-end
Be transparent, good communicator, agile and an eager team player
Be eager to learn and develop your skills where the project needs you the most
