About the role:
As we are a fast-paced startup - adaptability, high levels of initiative, attention to detail and use of effective technology tools are essential. Longer term, this role will expand beyond the initial responsibilities, with opportunities to grow in areas such as e-commerce, import/export, or product management, depending on your interests and what you become really good at.
Our partner - Signal - simplifies the $15 billion US used vehicle import market, an industry long dependent on manual processes. Signal's vertically integrated SaaS platform enables dealers to buy, finance, process, and sell vehicles more efficiently than ever before.
At the start, some evening work will be necessary to effectively collaborate with our teams across Canada and USA. However, as you become more independent in the role, the need for evening hours will gradually decrease. We offer flexible working hours, giving you the freedom to start later or take breaks during the day to fit your schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Process U.S. title applications with accuracy and efficiency
- Complete and manage a variety of processing documents
- Submit USMCA (trade/duty exemption) forms to ensure compliance
- Coordinate and book transportation as needed
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records in Sigma for all tasks

- Shows enthusiasm for learning and is open to taking on new responsibilities as the role evolves
- Comfortable with AI tools and technology, able to leverage them effectively to improve workflows and efficiency
