About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand
visibility in the global marketplace. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in developing and
executing innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, attract new clients, and foster
customer loyalty.
As a Head of Marketing you will:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote company services on a global scale.
- Develop and implement an effective e-commerce marketing strategy to drive online sales and increase brand visibility.
- Manage and grow social media channels, creating engaging content and monitoring customer interactions.
- Manage online advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC), display advertising, and social media advertising, to optimize ROI.
- Oversee search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) efforts to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Continuously analyze user behavior and website data to optimize the user experience, improving conversion rates.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and automation, to engage and retain customers.
- Collaborate with content teams to create high-quality content that attracts and informs visitors.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and efficient resource allocation.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content for various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to optimize marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance and direction to achieve key performance indicators.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
We expect you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Min 3 years of experience in international and domestic e-commerce.
- Min 3 years of experience in brand management for International markets.
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the e-commerce or logistics industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Have very good spoken and written English skills.
