About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-driven individual with strong project management skills and a passion for making things happen. Most of our client-partners are USA-based, but many of our product consumers are global. There is never a shortage of interesting business and product ideas or opportunities. Come aboard, and you will work on initiatives that will allow you to take the exciting journey from business idea initiation to continuous product delivery.

As a Delivery Lead, you will:

Oversee a continuous product delivery for a portfolio of existing clients and ensure excellence in every related process
Drive agile culture in your teams, facilitate performance management, coach, and communicate with stakeholders at all levels
Shape new projects, build new teams, facilitate planning activities as well as oversee the execution of these plans
Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Business Operations colleagues to drive continuous improvement and lead the implementation of various company-wide initiatives
Oversee delivery-related processes and deploy the necessary tools to implement and maintain them
This is a partner and customer-facing role with opportunities to transition to company leadership roles

We expect you to:

Have strong project management experience with technology teams
Have delivery management experience (like Unit Lead, Delivery Manager, Delivery Lead or similar)
Have an excellent understanding of agile and lean methodologies in a software development environment
Have leadership skills but also enjoy hands-on work
Have Project Management Certification like PMP®, ISTQB or similar is a plus
Be willing to work on multiple initiatives as well as learn and grow where the company needs you most
Excellent verbal and written English skills
