About the role:

Our partner is a successful shipping company specializing in over-sized cargo and vehicle shipment worldwide from US. The business turns around well over a hundred thousand vehicles per year and has outgrown its existing business management system. To enable business growth a technology transformation and innovation programme has been kicked off with an objective to improve the current systems and empower the business with new capabilities.

We are currently looking to add a Tech Lead / Senior Developer who enjoys both hands on development work as well as designing and orchestrating development of complex technology solutions. Currently the main stack is .NET and ReactJS, occasionally there may be a need to dig into the existing PHP codebase.

As a Tech Lead / Senior Developer, you will:

  • Lead the design, planning, and implementation of technology transformation initiatives to drive innovation and business growth
  • Own architectural decisions and manage the complete life cycle of system development across the technology stack, from implementation to release and maintenance
  • Contribute to software development and DevOps tasks to ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions
  • Champion the adoption and integration of AI across the team and product lifecycle - identifying opportunities to leverage AI tools, frameworks, and practices that enhance developer productivity, accelerate delivery, and create measurable business value
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and operations stakeholders, to achieve the best outcomes for the business
  • Lead the technology team by fostering business outcome-driven development culture and empowering the team to deliver solid technology solutions

What we expect from you:

  • Expertise in .NET, with a strong background in full-stack development
  • Experience leading technology teams
  • Openness to learning and adapting to new technologies as required
  • Proven hands-on experience with AI technologies and a genuine passion for driving AI adoption - including practical knowledge of LLMs, AI-assisted development tools, and integrating AI capabilities into real-world products and workflows
  • Proficiency in working with Azure or other cloud platforms
  • Ability to learn and grow in areas where the project demands the most support
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on transparency, agility, and collaboration
  • Very good spoken and written English skills
