About Us:

We are building the operating system for community food programs - a platform that helps local food banks manage inventory, sales, and daily operations at scale, while giving families facing food insecurity a dignified shopping experience. We work at the intersection of technology and real community impact.

What You'll Own:

  • Day-to-day project coordination and product delivery
  • Stakeholder communication - from community members to leadership to developers
  • Writing clear user stories, Jira tickets, acceptance criteria, and requirements
  • Setting up and maintaining Jira boards, workflows, epics, and backlogs
  • Building and managing a support layer for issue intake, triage, and resolution
  • Sprint planning, backlog grooming, release coordination, and stakeholder updates
  • Identifying when a problem does not need a complex feature - and saying so

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a PM, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Delivery Manager
  • Strong understanding of how software development teams work
  • Hands-on Jira experience — boards, workflows, backlogs, reporting
  • Ability to write requirements that developers can actually build from
  • Comfortable talking to community users and technical teams equally well
  • Sharp problem-solving instincts and a bias toward practical, low-cost solutions
  • Excellent organization, ownership, and follow-through

Nice to have:

Technical background, experience with non-profits or logistics platforms, Agile/Scrum delivery, familiarity with APIs or integrations.
