Specifically, as a DevOps Technical Project Manager, you will:
be responsible for managing multiple DevOps teams
actively manage ongoing stakeholder expectations and foster partnership between stakeholders and teams
clearly articulate the connection between business and technology
use Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) project management tools to plan teams' work, create and manage project plans
make sure project teams are aligned with objectives
stay abreast of the latest developments in technology and remain highly technically competent at all levels
work with globally distributed teams
promote transparency, responsiveness and a sense of urgency
Personal Qualities that we find extremely helpful for great Project Managers:
good leadership, communication, and active listening skills
give and welcome feedback attitude
ability to work well in a team environment and develop working relationships with multiple stakeholders
love constant learning and development
must have experience as a Technical Project Manager OR must be looking to transition from engineering to Technical Project Management roles
must have substantial JIRA experience
