This is an excellent opportunity for a self-driven Python Developer to work with Computer Graphics (CG) production team and contribute to the company’s efforts becoming the largest Computer Generated Imagery (CGI) house for the global automotive industry. You would be working to optimise and scale CG production pipeline that consists of different production processes and applications like Autodesk Maya, Nuke, Shotgun Studio and Unity.

As a Python Developer, you will:
automate and optimise Computer Graphics workflows and integrate them with production management software to maximise efficiency
maintain existing production tools integrations and provide technical support
improve production and file transfer workflows to enable producers to focus on the creative
maintain and produce clean, documented code
work with the Pipeline Owner to prioritise the studio’s challenges
automate pipelines for newly developed AR and VR effects
refactor and improve existing codebase
be enabler for IT innovations in CG production
work in a creative and collaborative team environment
Role requirements:
at least 2 years experience with Python;
good knowledge of programming patterns and a strong affinity for design
ability to analyse and connect individual requests to formulate broader solutions
familiarity with code management and deployment solutions (Git, Rez, Pip, Salt)
familiarity with Mac and Linux OS level programming
understanding of computer graphics workflows would be advantage
familiarity with principles of CG production and management software like Autodesk Maya, Nuke, Unity, Shotgun Studio - not a requirement but you will likely be exposed to that sooner than later
