This is a great opportunity for a self-driven individual with Product Management experience in building technology products or services. You will work with awesome Business and Engineering teams and will play a key role in a technology company that develops innovative products and is transforming the automotive wholesale industry.
Together with our partner Signal, we have created a streamlined end to end workflow platform and inventory management tool to scale its wholesale business and ecosystem, and we are now focused on using AI/ML to better understand the complex market dynamics in the US auto industry. We have made solid progress here, and a common refrain from customers is ‘Signal knows my business better than I do’.
You will be responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, operations, customers to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. You will ensure that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.
Occasional international travel to the USA may be required in the future.
Our office is in Vilnius, Lithuania, but part and full-time remote is possible.

As a Product Manager, you will:
Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Execute product roadmap
Gather, manage, and prioritise market/customer requirements
Develop an understanding of competitors and vendors in the market to develop business cases for new products, improvements to existing products, help enhance a product portfolio
Maintain market needs document, product comparisons, competitor analysis
Work closely with the Business, Sales, Operations, and Engineering to ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met
Create user journeys, user stories, wireframes, and thorough specifications for an agile development team
Track vital product metrics and use an effective combination of research, data, and product intuition to make informed product decisions
Regularly review completed work and ensure that it meets the customer’s needs
Act as the product’s leader within the company
Keep up-to-date on the latest trends of Automotive Wholesale and digital technologies in the space to facilitate innovation and provide new ways to solve industry challenges
What are we looking for:
Previous experience as a Product Manager in building digital products and services
Familiar with processes and technical vocabulary working with Agile software teams
Familiar with using product strategy tools
Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent teamwork skills
